GROUND UP
This is a comprehensive package for clients who are looking to build a new home or add on architectural additions to their existing home. In our Ground Up process, we partner with our licensed architect, civil, landscape, structural and MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) engineers to bring you full sets of design contract documents ready for permitting and construction. We can complete this process by giving you the freedom to choose your own contractors through a competitive bid process, or remain stress-free and work with our licensed, insured and bonded General Contractor through a design-build turn-key service.
FULL MAKEOVER
This package is perfect for clients who are looking for a full interior renovation including moving walls, adding rooms, designing a new custom kitchen, bath, bedroom or closet.
The Full Makeover process may include minor permitting. Therefore, we will do a free consultation to curate exactly which trades you may need to bring your visions to life. This package includes design documents for pricing and construction, and may include all of the details from material and palette selections to door and hardware specifications, lighting and plumbing fixtures coordination, and ceiling and floor pattern design. This package can also be combined with our stress-free furniture and accessories procurement service for a complete and finished project. If you don't have time for the details, leave the details up to us.
